Event Date:
04 March 2007
The Challenge:
The Harbour Race is one of the world's toughest marathons. It's uphill all the way. The course takes you across the city, between skyscrapers, through bustling streets, over bridges, through a tunnel and onto a punishing five kilometre climb to the finishing
line.
The Route:
It starts on Nathan Road in historic Kowloon, travels towards the Cheung Tsing bridge, along the Lantau Link, and features one of Hong Kong's most famous landmarks - the stunning Tsing Ma Bridge.
After this, the route takes a U-turn, backtracking until the Harcourt Road Flyover where it heads into modernity along Expo drive and then
uphill all the way to the end.
